The Master in Public Administration (MPA) at Rutgers–Camden provides students with the opportunity to expand their understanding of the world while preparing them for careers close to home or abroad. Through engaged civic learning, students learn how to make positive change in the world in which we live. The MPA degree is designed to prepare students for managerial and leadership roles in government, education and the non-profit and the private sectors and provides you with the credentials and skills to advance your career. The Executive Master in Public Administration (EMPA) is an accelerated selective, 30-credit program is ideal for mid- to upper-level managers possessing at least five years of public service experience. Work experience credits are provided for professional experience. The curriculum is designed to help working professionals advance in public service careers and make a difference in communities and organizations.
