Join us in congratulating James Williams IV, a current EMPA student, on many achievements this semester! James now serves a key role here at Rutgers–Camden as Chief of Staff to the Office of the Chancellor. James also submitted his policy brief “Agriculture at a Crossroads: Key Regulatory Solutions for Texas and California,” which addresses the significant challenges facing the agricultural sectors in Texas and California.
