Sheila Cosminsky

Sheila Cosminsky is Associate Professor of Anthropology and teaches cultural anthropology, food and culture, health and healing, and several courses on African and Latin American cultures. She has carried out anthropological field research in Guatemala, Belize, Kenya, Zimbabwe, and Japan, and has published over two dozen articles on health, nutrition, and medical practices in these societies as well as a two-volume bibliography, Traditional Medicine.
